Callum had previously made a good garden shed for me. I asked him to build a log cabin where I paid the agreed deposit. Thereafter he gave some 25 reasons to delay the work over an 8 month period. Any 5 of those reasons were plausible....25 are not. He did return the deposit quickly which did raise the question, had he actually bought the materials?
